ENDUROKA SPOUT ATTACHMENT - TUFF JUG

Enduro KA Series - Re-fuelling equipment - Regulation 2.9.2

 

Refuelling must be done using:

• 20 litre TuffJug: EKATJ20W
• Tuff Jug Ripper Valve: EKATJC
• Spout Attachment: EKATJSA 
• Fuel Jug Vent Valve: EKATJV

 

This spout attachment fits onto the ‘Ripper’ valve and locates into the standard Ford KA fuel filler neck.

 

It provides a more ergonomic bottle position while filling, and locates securely into the filler neck with a 'positive' hard stop to push against. The clear PVC hose allows the seperation of the fuel flow/venting airflow to prevent fuel 'blow back' 

 

The flow rate has been controlled to ensure no fuel spillages when used in conjunction with the Fuel Jug Vent Valve, giving a fast and consistent filling time of ~40s for a single 20L jug.

 

As per regulation 20.2.2 Removal of the internal assembly (the silver flap and green funnel) just inside the filler cap is allowed and required to facilitate the safe insertion of the spout attachment.

 

Fitment / Removal:

For fitment to the tuff jug, place the jug on the floor and slide the spout attachment down onto the ripper valve, pushing until it clips in place.

For removal place the tuff jug on the floor and pull the spout attachment vertically upwards (excess force may be required)
